Bee Happy Recruitment🐝 are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter Or Waitress to join our clients beautiful country house Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Due to the location of the position a driving licence is a necessity unless willing to live in.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety.
Provide information about menu items, including daily specials and catering options.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Skills
Previous restaurant experience is essential , particularly in serving role.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in catering or barista roles is an advantage.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.
