Salary: £25400
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the motor industry, learning all aspects of a busy parts department — from stock control and ordering to providing outstanding customer service — with full training and support provided.
🌟 Main responsibilities
Assisting workshop, trade, and retail customers with parts enquiries (in person, by phone, and online)
Identifying and maximising sales opportunities
Stock control, ordering, and receipting goods
Managing warranty and new parts returns
🔧 About you
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Eager to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
Proactive and organised approach
GCSE Grades A–C / 9–4 desirable
Basic knowledge of vehicle components is a plus (but not essential)
Full UK driving licence required
