🐝Bee Happy Recruitment🐝 are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapists in Farnham (South East Region) to join our clients hotel and spa team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various spa treatments and services.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. The Spa Therapist will also play a key role in managing front desk operations.
Duties
Provide a range of spa treatments including deep tissue massages & facials tailored to individual client needs.
Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining client records.
Engage in upselling spa services and products to enhance the overall client experience and increase revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa environment.
Experience
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or in a similar role within the hospitality or wellness industry.
Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in social media management for promotional purposes is desirable.
Excellent communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year
