We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our spa
therapy team in treating our guests to our beautiful Temple Spa and OPI
Nailcare treatments, offering aftercare advice to guests, maintaining their
treatment room standards, taking bookings, welcoming guests and being a key
part of the spa experience for our visitors.
As a Spa Therapist your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing our array of luxury spa treatments to our guests to the
highest possible standard - we want our guests to feel like VIPs.
- Offer aftercare advice to our guests as to what will benefit their skin and
well-being.
- Be the warm and welcoming personality of the spa - we want our guests
to remember you!
Your skills and experience should include:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent therapy/massage qualification.
- NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy - Experience in the spa/beauty industry is
desirable.
- Relevant beauty therapy or complimentary therapy qualification/s that
allow you to deliver our array of massage, facial, body and well-being
therapies.
- A confident, warm, and welcoming approach with a natural desire to
serve and exceed expectations of guests and colleagues.
- A pro-active stance to always look to improve standards and service.
- Flexible in attitude, approach and working hours.
