The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standard.
Manage and supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain inventory levels and manage merchandising to ensure product availability.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and updates.
Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
Skills
Proven management experience in a spa or similar retail environment.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client interaction.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong time management capabilities.
Experience in sales management, with a focus on achieving targets through effective strategies.
Knowledge of merchandising principles to enhance product display and sales potential.
