The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food preparation and service. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Implement training programmes for team members in areas such as food safety, culinary skills, and customer service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels and manage food production processes to minimise waste.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
