Prepare and cook dishes to the hotelβs high standards
Maintain a clean and organised workstation
Ensure timely and quality food service
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy services and events

Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Line Cook or Junior Chef
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
Able to stay calm and organised under pressure
