🐝Bee Happy Recruitment🐝 Client is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Food and Beverage Assistant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will help create memorable moments for our guests by delivering outstanding service across our restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Whether it’s a lakeside breakfast, afternoon tea, or a beautifully catered private event, you’ll be at the heart of making each experience special.
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Hours Available) up to £12.21 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests across food and beverage outlets.
Take orders, serve food and drinks efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
Support with events, private dinners, and in-room dining when required.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and follow all food hygiene procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexible and reliable, with availability to work weekends and evenings.
A genuine interest in food, drink, and the hospitality industry.
