Bee Happy Recruitment🐝 are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our clients bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and Bar management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective team management and high morale
Oversee food preparation and production, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
Develop and implement innovative drink menus and specials to enhance guest experience
Train staff in serving techniques, hospitality standards, and culinary practices
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service with bar offerings
Foster a welcoming environment for guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly
Experience
Proven supervisory experience within a bar or restaurant setting
Strong culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and production
Background in hospitality management with demonstrated leadership skills
Experience in serving and barista roles is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential
Previous experience in hotel environments is a plus
