Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
Develop and implement creative beverage menus that enhance the overall dining experience.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control effectively.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and restaurant areas.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Solid culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and production techniques.
Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
