Established for over 15 years, we build unique, luxury lakefront and woodland second homes. The estate also includes the Award-winning Spa, and numerous clubhouse buildings. The Estate is fully serviced with 24hr security, Concierge and Guest Services team to help with all resident and guest requests. The Estate is home to several communal spaces and facilities including a full-service spa and gym, tennis courts, a bird hide, a lakeside café bar, and a zip wire. A range of activities such as kayaking, yoga, fishing, bushcraft, and kids clubs are available to all residents and guests on a daily basis.
Activities Assistant (Rescue/Operating Training, High Ropes, Zip Wire a must)
Core Responsibilities:
Assisting with the delivery of bushcraft, fishing, kids club activities and zip-wire, watercraft and running of individual sessions.
Meeting and greeting guests on arrival at activities.
Collecting guests at accommodation.
Assisting with planning and scheduling of the activities and kids club program.
·Ensuring billing of activities is carried out.
Managing the fleet of bikes- ensuring they are well maintenance and delivered to guests in good condition.
Ensuring kayaks, canoes and paddle-boards and all other activities equipment is clean and in good condition. General Spec (to be elaborated)
Overseeing and completing inventory servicing where appropriate.
Training and development:
Operator Trained (High Ropes, Zip Wire, Climbing, Power Fan, Trapeeze)
Enhanced DBS
First Aid Training
Safeguarding
What we are looking for in you:
Friendly, sociable personalities that are able to interact with anyone.
Active, hands-on individuals who are not afraid to get involved come rain or shine.
The ability to work with children.
Basic bike maintenance skills (not essential).
Holder of a Full Driving License.
Organised with good timekeeping.
Enjoy working outdoors.
Please note that to be eligible for this position you must be legally able to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
