🐝Bee Happy Recruitment🐝 are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor in Eastbourne to oversee overnight operations within our clients stunning establishment.
40 Hours per week, Live in accommodation available.
Salary £26,591 plus £1200 tronc per annum
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in hotel or guest services, and the ability to manage a team effectively during night shifts. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those with supervisory experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable to ensure seamless communication with diverse guests and staff.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the night-time operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
Lead and motivate the night team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of guest service.
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally, maintaining a welcoming environment.
Monitor security procedures and ensure safety protocols are strictly followed throughout the premises.
Oversee administrative tasks such as shift handovers, reporting incidents, and completing relevant documentation.
Collaborate with human resources to manage staffing schedules, training needs, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during the night shift promptly and efficiently.
Skills
Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent organisational skills.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff members.
Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices.
Experience in human resources management, including staff scheduling and performance management.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations diplomatically.
